Heritage Medals

I have been dealing with the great people of Heritage Medals for over 6 years now and they never disappoint. I just recently had a big ask of these guys, I needed a present for my friends birthday , which was in 3 days. What I needed was a memorial frame made - which included 6 medals, picture and plaque. They went above and beyond to make this happen for me. They produced something that was well above what I imagined - and more importantly the present made my girlfriend cry with happiness. Truly went above & beyond with excellent customer service! Numerous emails exchanged just to try & help me pay the account (plus a personal phone call). When the account was settled it basically took less than a day for items to arrive in the post. Quality of items was superb & I was impressed with this high standard.
